Floy Farm & Gardens is owned by Bob and Victoria Duncan, who purchased the run-down farm in October, 2000 and have re-developed it into a commercial property where they conduct guided quail hunts in the Fall/Winter and operate a Bed & Breakfast.
Three ponds on the property have also been stocked for guest fishing. Other future plans include a large herb garden and a free-standing gift shop, as well as additional cottages for lodging accommodations.
